**Returns, Complaints & Warranty

Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

  1. According to the Consumer Rights Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from receiving the Product, except in situations described below.


    1. “On Order” / “Made to Order” Products – No Right of Withdrawal

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

    • marked on the Store website as “On Order” / “Made to Order”,

    • sourced from the manufacturer only after the Customer places an order,

    • which are not kept in stock and are imported individually for a specific Customer,

    • created or assembled according to the Customer’s specification (e.g. bracelet or strap selection, non-standard configuration),

    • custom or non-standard sets not available in the Store’s regular offer.

    Such products are prepared exclusively for a specific Customer — therefore they cannot be returned (Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act).


    2. How to withdraw from the contract – procedure

    To withdraw from the contract, the Customer must:

    1. First submit a withdrawal statement to the Seller — by email or in writing.

    1. The Seller will confirm receipt of the statement and provide the correct return address.
      The Product may be returned only to the return address confirmed by the Seller.

    2. After receiving the confirmed return address, the Customer may send the return package.

    3. Sending the Product without submitting a withdrawal statement, or sending it to a non-confirmed address, does not constitute a valid return and may result in refusal to accept the shipment.


    3. Return shipping costs

    • The cost of returning the Product is borne by the Customer.

    • The Customer is responsible for properly securing and packaging the Product for transport.


    4. Condition of returned products

    Products eligible for return must be:

    • in unchanged condition,

    • without signs of use exceeding normal inspection,

    • complete (original box, accessories, documents, etc.).

    If the Product shows signs of use, the Seller may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.


    5. Refund time

    The Seller will issue a refund within 14 days from:

    • receiving the withdrawal statement
      and

    • receiving the returned Product.


Complaints (Statutory Warranty)

  1. The seller is liable to the customer (consumer) under the statutory warranty for defects, in accordance with the Polish Civil Code.

  2. To file a complaint, the customer must send a description of the defect along with proof of purchase to info@aeonzegarki.com

  1. . After initial verification, the customer will receive return instructions.

  2. Complaints are processed within 14 days.


Warranty

  1. The warranty period is always specified on the product page. If no additional information is provided, the period is 24 months.

  2. The warranty covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the product itself.

  3. The warranty does not cover, among others:
    – mechanical, chemical, or thermal damage,
    – damage caused by improper use or maintenance,
    – any attempts at unauthorized modification or repair.

  4. The product submitted for warranty service must be complete and accompanied by a description of the defect and proof of purchase.

  5. Defects identified during the warranty period are repaired free of charge within the shortest possible time, typically up to 21 business days.
