📦 Are all watches available for immediate shipping?
Not all of them. AEON-KĄCIK ZEGARKOWY is a boutique online store – some models are physically in stock, while others are sourced on demand directly from manufacturers or official distributors.
The estimated delivery time is always listed on the product page.
For models marked as “Please contact us before placing an order”, we encourage reaching out to confirm availability.
🏪 Can I try the watch on somewhere?
We do not operate a physical store or showroom – we work exclusively online.
To present each model as clearly as possible, we provide:
– detailed product photos,
– original galleries and short videos,
– wrist-shot presentations,
– precise dimensions and technical specifications.

🔄 Can I return a watch?
Yes — in accordance with applicable consumer law.
A purchased watch may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.
The return must include the full set:
– an unworn watch in perfect condition,
– all protective foils,
– complete documentation,
– original packaging.
🟡 Note:
Some watches in our store are sourced individually on request — these are marked as “Na zamówienie” (“On order”) in the product description or lead-time section.
According to Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, such products are not eligible for standard returns.
A return of a special-order watch may be possible only after prior agreement with us (e.g., with a handling fee).

📑 Can I place an order without paying for it?
No. Order processing begins only after payment is received.
Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

The store reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that are:
– unpaid within the required time,
– placed using fictitious information,
– raising doubts regarding authenticity,
– repeatedly placed and left unpaid by the same person.
We aim to keep the purchasing process clear and seamless for all genuine customers.
🛠️ Do the watches come with a warranty?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all watches include a 3-year warranty, handled entirely through AEON-KĄCIK ZEGARKOWY.
In case of any issue or concern, we remain at your disposal and manage the full warranty process.
🇵🇱 Where do you ship the watches from?
All watches are shipped from Poland.
The estimated delivery time for each model is listed on its product page.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary — for example, due to extended customs processing.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship abroad.
Delivery within the European Union is free of charge.
We reserve the right to decline orders to certain destinations, particularly:
– Russia,
– Ukraine,
– and countries affected by war, sanctions, or significant political instability.
For orders outside the EU, please contact us in advance to confirm shipping options and costs.
